Hella fitting for the artwork, given the creepy fungal nature of it. I do love some good acid sounds, as it just tingles my brain in the right way, and it absolutely does here! The way the track progresses is really nice and caught me off guard for how long I had actually been listening!

I think my only issue would be the consistent use of the ambient background sounds/pads throughout the entire song. It sets the vibe nicely, but having it there constantly makes the track feel more repetitive and samey than it actually is, so having it break up a bit more would be great!

Vmxplousion responds:

thanks! I could definetely see the pad evolving more, maybe I will touch it up a bit before publishing it fully, who knows?

thanks again for the feedback :)

I don't know the genre's name, but these kinds of ambient tracks that feels nostalgic and reflective at the same time are ones that I deeply love, and this fits that description perfectly. It feels like a memory, a time gone by, something sorely missed, something that was deeply cared about. The piano in the second half brings it to a more cinematic feel that I didn't expect but fits well, feeling like a the end of a tale. Fits the artwork perfectly <3

ForgottenDawn responds:

Thanks for your kind words! Here's some Ambient recommendations with similarly dreamy and pensive vibes: Boards of Canada, The Caretaker, How to Disappear Completely, William Basinski, Tim Hecker, Ezekiel Honig. You'll find that the genre is incredibly diverse with a wide emotional palette. Happy listening!

The atmosphere you've made here is so incredibly unique and ethereal in a way I don't hear that often. Things that would often work against a track, such as a low-ish quality piano, actually really work in favour here of the track's overall vibe <3 The ending made me chuckle a little, though its very fitting for the artwork.

I don't really think I have any complaints. This track is what it needs to be, nothing more nothing less <3

SepticDolphin responds:

Thank you so much! :)

I absolutely love the rising melodies of vibraphones or xylophones mixed the thick atmosphere and deep kick moving into this hard hitting rolling bass and thick chords that just bounce so damn hard! I especially love the mixup with the latter half, changing up the pace and giving something familiar and fresh <3

I think my only issue is that it does feel a little messy. There is a lot going on, so you need to take extra special care to make sure only the proper elements are taking the listener's attention while the rest fill the background, as right now some parts keep fighting for my attention making it hard to follow along.

SilynSounds responds:

Yeaaaah trying to find a way to give everything a place to express itself wasn't the easiest thing to do. Especially at the end, when the electric guitar starts playing and you have two voices saying stuff, the guitar playing a solo, and then later a flute doing a solo as well. At first that section was supposed to be twice as long but I had to shorten it (along with a few others) to make the song fit within the maximum allowed duration

I'll probably spend a bunch of additional time to mix it better and put back the removed sections when I have more time x) Also maybe find someone to sing it

Thanks for the comment tho, glad you liked the track!

Ooooo the beat is so bopping, and that singing is amazing! Top notch!

supermelon-creations responds:

MockingbirdEDM responds:

Response: Hmm, maybe something like Sunset Jungle? The steel pan is giving me that kinda vibe

TheSpacePunk responds:

Thank you for the great review!
Did it inspires you something? That could help me find a proper title

Re response : Oh yeah! I like it, this gives me idea for a clip! thank you!

Daaamn this goes hard! Yet manages to keep like a really good rhythm to it, love iiit!

SicraMusic responds:

Glad to hear! Most of the ideas present in the predrop/drop were based on two excellent tearout tracks: Heat by Crankdat and Fall Apart by Sullivan King (with my own spin on it of course). The psytrance part was inspired by basically every psytrance drop ever lol
